Our experience encompasses decades of leading Corporate Development, M&A, Strategic Planning, and Venture Capital for Global firms like ABB, Dun and Bradstreet, and Reuters. We have advised on hundreds of transactions globally, in various industries, sizes, and structures. Our business model is flexible, and we have worked in many capacities including advisory service as well as co-investors.  

Our Founder, Eric Lint, is an experienced transactor, investor, and advisor.  Eric also develops future leaders and management teams through his experiential training company, Leadership Rising (www.leadershiprising.net). He lives in Kennebunkport, Maine and is a graduate of the University of Connecticut MBA Program, and Gettysburg College, where his is a Trustee Emeritus.
